Jesus at the Center: This value of cell life is about Jesus being the focal point of our gathering and our life.
Every Member to Ministry: Whether age 13 or 30, 8 or 80, we are the body of Christ. We all have something to offer, whether that's in caring, praying, speaking or whatever. Everyone has value.
Every Member to Maturity: Christianity is a lifelong, developing relationship with Jesus. It should be growing and maturing.
Cells That Multiply : As people encounter Jesus and become His followers, the cells grow. This multiplication is anticipated and planned for in training up future cell leaders from within the Fusion communities.
Cells Are Communities: Cells are not meetings, they are groups where dynamic, caring relationships facilitate discipleship and outreach.
Cells Are Safe Places: Cells are all about openness and honesty. In that context, we are learning to share each other's problems and lives.
